play & say (March 11-April 1)

Play & say is a small-group, play-based series for toddlers (ages 1-3) and their caregivers. We focus on building communication, confidence, and co-regulation in a way that feels warm, fun, and completely pressure-free.

Each week we explore one core communication skill through play and allow for time for practice as well as individual questions. Caregivers learn simple, research-backed strategies they can use at home, paired with grounding, mindful approaches to stay steady and connected.
