Hi, I’m Aubrey.
I've spent more than twenty years working with children, caregivers, and educators in homes, classrooms, and clinics. I’m a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher and an experienced child development professional who has supported hundreds of families through early communication, regulation, and daily routines.
My approach blends evidence based practices, mindfulness, and real life experience (both professional and personal) to help you feel steady and confident in the moments that matter most.

our values
At catch & rise, a “family” isn’t defined by specific roles. A family is any group of people living in connection and community with a child. Catch & rise is an affirming space for all kinds of families. LGBTQ+ caregivers, neurodivergent parents and children, grandparents, nannies, and blended or chosen families are always welcome. If you care for a child, you belong here.

testimonials
"Aubrey has a way of making both kids and caregivers feel instantly at ease. Her approach is grounded, practical, and fun. She showed me how to notice the small communication moments I was missing, and it truly changed the
way I interact with my son"

"We attended one of Aubrey’s play and say workshops and the value for the experience is unmatched. My toddler loved the beautiful play space. Aubrey went around to everyone and individually answered questions, addressed concerns, and modeled her suggestions. We then got a super helpful follow up email to refer back to. My 18 month old is now making a ton of progress using her words instead of whining."

Working with Aubrey made toilet training so much easier. When my oldest daughter turned two I reached out to her and I went from feeling unsure to feeling confident. Toilet training was painless and my daughter had so much fun. When it was time to train my next two, I knew I didn’t want to do it alone—Aubrey helped all three of my kids train smoothly and without stress. It was such a relief, and I recommend her to anyone who wants a calmer, clearer path through toilet learning
