1. Not Therapy / Not Clinical Services

I understand that play & say is an educational, play-based caregiver-and-child group. It is not speech therapy, behavioral therapy or any other form of medical/therapeutic treatment. Participation does not guarantee developmental outcomes, changes in speech, or specific progress for my child. If individualized clinical support is recommended, I will be provided with an appropriate referral.

2. Caregiver Supervision Required

I understand that I am responsible for actively supervising my child at all times during the session. Catch & rise and the instructor are not providing childcare. I will remain in the room and ensure my child engages safely with materials, equipment, and peers.

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that Play & Say includes movement, play materials, and shared space with other children. I acknowledge that minor injuries can occur during play, and I accept responsibility for monitoring my child’s safety.

4. Liability Release

I release and hold harmless catch & rise LLC, its owner, and its staff from liability for ordinary accidents or injuries that may occur during the session, provided reasonable care has been taken.This waiver does not waive rights in the case of gross negligence.

5. Illness Policy

I agree not to attend if my child is experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or any contagious illness. If symptoms arise during the group, I will take responsibility for leaving early.
