By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the following:
Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that yoga involves physical activity and that participation carries inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury. I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in this class and that I am in adequate physical health to do so. I agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or limitations prior to class. If I have any concerns about my physical ability to participate, I agree to consult a physician before attending.
Release of Liability
I agree to release and hold harmless Aubrey Mangel and catch & rise from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation in yoga classes, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, or illness. This release applies to claims arising from the negligence of the instructor to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Venue
Classes are held at Pallet Brewing, Maplewood, NJ. catch & rise is not responsible for the condition of the venue, including but not limited to wet or uneven surfaces, or for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged while on the premises. Any concerns related to the venue itself should be directed to Pallet Brewing.
Media Release
From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during class for use on social media, the catch & rise website, or other marketing materials. By participating, I grant catch & rise permission to photograph or record me and to use that content in any form, at any time, without compensation or further notice.
Personal Property
I understand that Catch & Rise is not responsible for any personal belongings brought to class that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Health & Safety
I agree to arrive on time, follow the instructor's guidance, and practice within my own limits. I understand that the instructor's cues are suggestions and that I am responsible for my own body and its limitations at all times.
This waiver is valid for all future catch & rise yoga classes unless revoked in writing.
