Pallet Yoga Class Liability Waiver & Media Release

By registering for and participating in yoga classes offered by catch & rise, LLC and instructed by Aubrey Mangel at Pallet Brewing Company or any associated venue, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that yoga involves physical movement and activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, joint injuries, dizziness, or other physical discomfort. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of participation.

I acknowledge that this class takes place in a brewery environment and understand that flooring, surroundings, and shared space may differ from a traditional yoga studio.

Medical Responsibility

I affirm that I am physically able to participate in yoga activities and have consulted a medical professional if I have any concerns regarding my health. I understand that it is my responsibility to modify movements as needed and to stop participation if I feel pain, discomfort, or dizziness.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge catch & rise, LLC, Aubrey Mangel, Pallet Brewing Company, and any affiliated staff, volunteers, or venue representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in yoga classes, including those caused by negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Personal Property

I understand that catch & rise, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to class.

Media Release

I grant catch & rise, LLC permission to photograph and/or record me during class sessions and to use such images or recordings for marketing, promotional, educational, or other business purposes in any medium, without compensation or further approval.

Agreement

By registering for this class, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver, media consent and release of liability.
