Baby and Me Yoga
Mondays 9:30-10:30 am
A supportive space for you and your baby to move, connect, and settle into your new rhythm together. I’m trained in postpartum and caregiver–baby yoga (15-hour certification), which means everything we do is designed with both the recovering body, the needs of early caregivers and infant development in mind.

For caregivers, this is time to reconnect with your body, release tension, and refill yourself so you can return to your role feeling more steady. For babies, it’s a calm space for movement, sensory exploration, and connection.
All caregivers of infants are welcome - birthing parents, adoptive parents, partners, and anyone who is a primary grownup in a baby’s life. No yoga experience needed.
