90-Minute Live Virtual Event:90-minute small group virtual workshop for families who've hit roadblocks. Plenty of time for specific questions and customized recommendations.

Optional Add-On: In-Person Potty Party: An opportunity for your child and you to practice toileting-related skills in a fun, supportive environment. Each child leaves with a certificate that says they are ready to ditch the diapers and a personalized sticker chart to track their successes!

March 11 - April 1
A small-group coaching experience for caregivers and children ages 1-3 focused on supporting early communication during play and everyday activities. Each session targets a different topic to help you build language naturally. This class is appropriate for kids who have not started communicating yet or kids who are expanding their communication to phrases. All topics are applicable to all levels of communication, and time for individualized questions is always included in every group. Plus, stick around for an hour of open play at Hiya Pal after group!

A relaxed one-hour yoga class to help you feel steadier in your body and calmer in your mind at Pallet Brewery. No experience needed — just show up and leave feeling better than when you came in. The brewery opens right after class if you'd like to stick around!
